Aromatherapy is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being. The inhaled aroma from these "essential" oils is widely known to stimulate brain function.

​Sound therapy is used to boost the Alpha waves in the brain. Sound instruments like gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, and tuning forks reduces stress and can place the listener in a meditative state. We offer these services as an alternative treatment for problems like anxiety, chronic pain, sleep disorders, and PTSD.

Crystal healing is a pseudoscientific alternative medicine technique that employs stones and crystals. Adherents of the technique have healing powers. We place crystals on different parts of the body, often corresponding to chakras; or else we places crystals around the body in an attempt to construct an energy grid, which is purported to surround you [the client] with healing energy.

INSPIRED BY:

O’Bella’s was inspired by the Crystals and 30 essential oils in the Holy Bible. While studying the book of Exodus is where I learned the importance of the crystals listed in the “Breastplate of Righteousness.” I studied each stone individually and learned that they do hold serious energy that connects to the body and the earth at the same time and they play a very significant role in our everyday lives. Essential Oils! Upon discovering that these oils not only exist, but were used by many in ancient times to heal. It was at that time our first formula was created. Our famous “Pow Pain Cream.” designed first because of pain in in my foot, and surprisingly the oils worked immediately. Once I discovered that the cream was a continuous pain reliever, I began to share it with everyone I knew that was dealing with some sort of pain. In the mist of sharing, that’s when the challenge began, those same people shared their personal issues and asked “O’Bella’s” to create a formula for them as well! It was through those personal conversations where the formulas were inspired and formulated!
